We don't currently require customers to have an account on our site to make purchases. This becomes especially tricky when it comes to managing your autoship subscription!
If you attempt to log into your account on our site, but are told the username or password doesn't match, or that there is no account connected to your e-mail address, it may be that you haven't activated your account with us yet! We have only recently requested that Autoship Subscription customers have an account at checkout; one-time purchase customers are not currently required to have an account at checkout.
You can activate your account at any time by clicking here, or by clicking "Create an Account" at the bottom of the login screen. Once you activate your account using the e-mail address used for your orders, you will have access to records of all previous transactions.
